The first meeting for Zhixin group 2nd Employee Congress was held in July 27. There’re 57 employee representatives attended the meeting. Ms.Wugendi, head of trade union was the presider.
Mr.Yangjimin represented the Zhixin management to report the enterprise business running situation. Then the participants discussed about the salary setting and the voters’ consensus was to pass ‘the Salary Agreement” which would be implemented in 3 companies of Zhixin group.
The participants also discussed about the Supplementary Items of the Employ Contract and regulations of Support the Poor Fund usage.
Mr.Jinyaming, the Party secretary of the group, Mr.Xinwei, deputy chief of Changning trade union, Ms.Jiangyuxian, head of Hongqiao Lingkong trade union attended the meeting and made important speech as well.
